Maines helped develop SAIP (Self-Assessment and Improvement Process) that helps companies assess and enhance their ethical conduct. The SAIP Institute was launched in May 2007 and is supported by a recent $10 million gift from entrepreneur Harry Halloran Jr. |
Maines is a former human resource executive with Cummins Inc. and served from 2001 to 2007 within the Opus College of Business as the research associate to the Koch Chair in Business Ethics. |
