Joseph Underhill-Cady, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Political Science & International Relations,
Augsburg College

Underhill-Cady directs the International Relations program at Augsburg College and coordinates the Peace & Global Studies program and has been developing a new Environmental Studies program. His research has included work on international negotiations, mediation, the United Nations, U.S. foreign policy, political psychology and environmental politics.

He teaches courses in World Politics, International Relations Theory, U.S. Foreign Policy, Environmental Politics and International Organizations; author of Death and the Statesman: the Culture and Psychology of U.S. Leaders during Wartime (N.Y.: Palgrave 2001); Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
