	New survey information A new national survey was released this month by the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU) that reveals public skepticism about a proposed federal system to track academic, financial and enrollment information. 62 percent of respondents opposed the system because of concerns about privacy, abuse of information and institutional burden.
