  • The Bush Foundation is investing $40 million over the next 10 years to improve teacher preparation at 14 colleges in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Six of our urban institutions were chosen to participate: Augsburg College, Bethel University, Concordia University, Hamline University, St. Catherine University and the University of St. Thomas. The institutions will transform how they recruit, prepare, place and support new teachers and how they work with their K-12 partners.
  • Minnesota's college participation rate hit an all-time high in 2008 with 70% of the state's 65,220 high school graduates enrolling immediately in a public or private college after high school. Read more about enrollment.
  • The Minnesota Private College Fund can now receive gifts online. GiveMN, sponsored by several Minnesota foundations, provides an efficient way for donors to make gifts to non-profits.
