If you’ve received an MPCF Scholarship, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete the following forms:- Scholar survey — please provide some additional information about yourself
- Donor thank you — submit a thank you letter to the donor that has so generously supported your scholarship
- Send us your photo — please provide a recent photo for use in fund publications
These MPCF scholarship programs require additional reports or provide more information for current scholars:
- Carlson Youth Scholarships - report is due October 15, 2008
- Meslow First Generation Scholars — report is due October 15, 2008
- Jay and Rose Phillips Family Foundation Scholars
- St. Paul Travelers Inc., Urban Education Summer Scholars (UESS)
